How to Return Items with Free Return Service

At Nutralifeplus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a Free Return Service to make the return process as simple as possible.

Steps to Return Your Item(s):

1. Check Eligibility:
   Ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Initiate Your Return:
   To start your return, please visit our Return Portal and log in using your order details. You’ll be guided through the steps to submit a return request.
3. Print Your Return Label:
   Once your return request is processed, you’ll receive a Free Return Shipping Label via email. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
4. Pack Your Item(s):
   Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. Be sure to include the packing slip or your order number inside the package for reference.
5. Drop Off Your Package:
   Take your package to your nearest Shipping Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. drop-off location. The return shipping cost will be covered by us, so there’s no need to worry about additional charges.
6. Return Confirmation & Refund:
   Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is approved, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
