Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible orders shipped within the United States under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only (excluding shipping fees)


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order separately.
